Use Dashboard and Reports to understand store activity and decide what to improve.

Step 1: Choose the date range

  • Select a range such as 1D, 1W, 1M or Custom.
  • For Custom, check the start and end dates.
  • Compare similar periods when checking a change.

Understand the Conversion Funnel

  • Search: people looking for products.
  • Product View: product-page activity.
  • Add to Cart: items added to carts.
  • Order: order activity returned for the period.
  • A view or cart is not a completed sale.

Understand the other charts

  • Most Viewed: products drawing attention.
  • Top Selling: product sales activity for the period.
  • Login Activity: OTPs, logins and the login conversion measure.

Use the numbers together

  • Views without orders may mean you should check photos, details, choices, shipping or checkout.
  • Check Orders for actual payment status, paid amount and balance.
  • External analytics may count different events and be affected by tracking/consent.

If a chart is empty or looks wrong

  • Check the date range and intended store.
  • A new store may have little activity.
  • Send support the chart name, dates and a relevant order reference.
  • Remove unrelated customer details from screenshots.
