Create a discount code customers can enter at checkout.

Step 1: Open Coupons

  1. Open Coupons.

  2. Choose Add Coupon.

Step 2: Complete the fields

  • Coupon Name: a name for your reference.

  • Coupon Code: the code customers enter. The form changes it to uppercase.

  • Type: Fixed (₹) or Percentage (%).

  • Discount: the amount or percentage to deduct.

  • Min Cart Value: the minimum cart amount. Enter zero if you do not want a minimum.

  • Valid Until: the expiry date. This field is required.

Discount examples

  • Fixed: Discount 50 means ₹50 off.

  • Percentage: Discount 10 means 10% off.

Step 3: Save and check

  1. Choose the save action.

  2. Confirm the coupon appears in the list.

  3. Check its code, discount and expiry date.

  4. Check the final checkout amount before sharing the code.

Edit or delete a coupon

  • Open the coupon’s three-dot menu.

  • Choose Edit to change its details, then save.

  • Choose Delete only when you intend to remove the code.

If the coupon does not work

  • Check the code spelling and expiry date.

  • Check the cart meets Min Cart Value.

  • Read any previous-use or customer-eligibility message.

  • If saving fails, check whether the code already exists.
