Use clear photos and simple, accurate descriptions to explain your product.
Upload product photos
- Open Product Images.
- Upload at least one photo and wait for completion.
- Choose the main photo using Make Hero or the reorder controls.
- Check another suitable photo remains before removing the main image.
Add an Instagram reel
- Open Product Video Reels.
- Choose Add Instagram Reel.
- Paste a supported link.
- Choose Attach Reel.
Upload a video file
- Choose Upload Video.
- Use a supported format such as MP4, MOV or WebM.
- Follow the file-size and format validation shown.
- Use media you have permission to use.
If an Instagram import fails
- Check the link and whether the media is accessible.
- Try an allowed direct video upload.
- A product video and a homepage video-reels section are separate settings.
Write the descriptions
- Short Description: a quick product summary.
- Detailed Description: materials, features and useful details.
- Additional Information: specifications or care instructions.
Use AI text carefully
- Choose Generate, Improve or AI if offered.
- Review the result before choosing Use It.
- Check materials, dimensions, origin and other product facts.
- Review generated SEO details separately.
Save and check
- Save the whole product.
- Open its storefront page.
- Check image order, video playback and text formatting.
- An upload or AI result alone does not save the product.
