Use Settings → Order to choose the checkout and order options available in your dashboard.

Before you start

  • You need permission to edit settings.

  • Review each switch before saving.

Redirect to WhatsApp

  • Turn this on to redirect customers to WhatsApp after placing an order.

  • Check your store’s WhatsApp contact number.

  • This redirect is separate from a WhatsApp Commerce connection.

Guest Checkout

  • Turn this on to allow orders without customer login.

  • Turn it off if your checkout should require login.

Email Notifications

  • Use this switch for the dashboard’s new-order email notification setting.

  • Check the relevant account/contact details if an expected email is missing.

Save and check

  1. Set the switches you need.

  2. Choose Save Changes.

  3. Reload the section and confirm the saved values.

  4. Check the checkout path your customers will use.

Find other settings

  • Delivery areas and fees: Settings → Shipping & Delivery.

  • COD and gateways: Settings → Payment.

  • Commerce bot and AI replies: WhatsApp settings.
