Choose how customers pay in Peedia Online. Open Settings → Payment.

Option 1: Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Turn Cash on Delivery on to offer this payment option.

  • The switch saves when you change it.

  • Make sure you can collect payment during delivery.

Option 2: An online payment gateway

  1. Open Online Payment Providers.

  2. Choose a provider listed for your store.

  3. Complete the provider’s own account setup.

  4. Enter the credentials requested by the form.

  5. Turn Enable on.

  6. If shown, review the Webhook URL and Webhook Secret. Follow the provider’s instructions.

  7. Complete Merchant ID if required for native mobile checkout.

  8. Choose Save in that provider’s section.

Before enabling a gateway

  • Access restricted? Review the current options in Billing.

  • Credentials: use the correct provider account and environment.

  • Charges: check the provider’s current fees.

  • Keep API keys and secrets private.

Option 3: Manual payment instructions

  1. Find Manual Payment Methods and choose the add action.

  2. Enter a Method Name. Example: Bank Transfer.

  3. Add clear Instructions for the customer.

  4. Save and check the option at checkout.

Check your payment setup

  • Open your store checkout and check the intended options.

  • Check the order and provider transaction if a payment fails.

  • Saving gateway settings does not confirm a customer payment.

  • For manual payments, confirm receipt before marking the order paid.

If an option is missing

  • Check that the provider is enabled and saved.

  • Check the credentials, account access and visible error.

  • Contact support with the provider name and order reference.

  • Do not send secret keys, OTPs or full card details.
