UNDERSTAND THE FREE PLAN

 * The Free plan has limits.
 * It is not a time-limited trial.
 * Check your own Billing/Usage values for the actual allowance.
 * Your account may have specific limits or overrides.

CHECK YOUR CURRENT ACCESS

 * Review Current plan, features, term and renewal details where shown.
 * Review Addons.
 * Check product/storage usage in Settings → Usage.
 * Staff page permissions are separate from plan access.

COMPARE OR CHANGE A PLAN

 1. Review the listed plans, features and billing interval.
 2. Select the intended option.
 3. Check Billing Address.
 4. Read Price overview, plan total, any credit note and Pay today.
 5. Check the payment method and terms.
 6. Continue only if these match what you intend to buy.
 7. Return to Billing and confirm the result before trying again.

BUY AN ADDON

 * Use Buy Addons when offered.
 * Check quantity, interval and total before confirming.
 * Use the current checkout price rather than an old example.

REVIEW INVOICES

 * Check the invoice reference, total and payment/status information.
 * A receipt and completed feature activation may be different steps.

 * Read the exact error.
 * Contact support with the invoice/payment reference before paying again.
 * Keep card details and OTPs private.
