How to Review and Moderate Product Reviews

Use Product Reviews to check customer feedback across your products.

FIND A REVIEW

 1. Open Product Reviews from the Products navigation.
 2. Search review text or a product name.
 3. Choose All, Active, Pending or Rejected.
 4. Read the rating, comment and any media.

APPROVE A REVIEW

 * Check the review belongs to the correct product.
 * Choose Approve Review.
 * Wait for success and check the Active tab.

REJECT A REVIEW

 * Choose Reject Review when it should not be active.
 * Check the Rejected tab.
 * Use a fair, consistent moderation policy.

DELETE A REVIEW

 * Choose Delete Review.
 * Read the separate confirmation.
 * Confirm only the intended review.
 * Rejecting and deleting are different actions.

CHECK THE STOREFRONT

 * Open the relevant product.
 * Check how the review appears after moderation.

IF THE LIST IS EMPTY

 * Clear search and choose All.
 * Check your Products access.
 * A new product may have no reviews yet.
